The staff management

What’s the secret for a functionally enterprise? For many reason, the the key for success is the staff management. Centralize every duty and every responsibility on a one person, also if he’s the leader, in the long run is dangerous for the business interests, because he has always the same point of view of the situation around him and can’t have a critical opinion, contrariwise another person that can see the situation from another side, respect to him. A centralizing of responsibilities and power, can reflected on the management of the work group with wrong actions and wrong decisions.

The correct behavior of the leader is at the base to build a work group, that has to see in it’s leader the point of reference and the example. The aggregation phases are the most complicated, because the leader has to find the correct way to integrate every member in the group: only in this way he’ll be able to handle the different personality of the group. In fact, finding the key to aggregate each single member of the staff, he can facilitate his work, managing all the heads that compose his group, maintaining the individuality but conducting the staff in the same direction.

If also there is a particularly difficult member of the staff to manage, the leader must work to include him in the group: however, the workers that don’t have the attitude to work in group are excellent in their job. The leader must guide him to a correct conduct, with patience and willpower, because a leader that know how guide his staff, also succeed in this.
