What are RCT and RTO insurances?

In both case are liability insurances, in accordance with Art. 2043 of Italian Civil Code, where there is the duty of compensation for intentional or accidental damage, by the liable to the injured part. Gruppo La Meridiana has chosen to offer the necessary protection to its workers and customers with a third part civil liability insurance (RCT) and with a civil liability insurance for workers employed (RCO).

RCT insurance is very important to protect its customer, because these policies preserve the accommodation structure and the employer against third part damage caused by workers. This insurance, in fact, covers every financial liability in case of compensation of the damage. In this way, every employee is protect versus any possible damage caused in carrying assigned duties, also the complementary activities.

Instead, the RTO insurance, regards the damage against the employee during his work duties at the assigned accommodation structure.
