Human Resources and Jobs Act: what has changed?

The Jobs Act has brought many important changes in the Italian job market and this had a major impact even in the HR world. The management and development of human resources, in fact, have been revolutionized, even if gradually, by the legislation introduced by the Renzi’ Government .
