Outsourcing Personnel Management is not only to recruit, train and manage new professions in a company. A partnership is also sharing and consultancy, and we believe that nothing is more instructive than a professional exchange aimed at achieving the same goal.

Having said that, we want speak today about what are, in our experience, the attitudes to success.

A company, like a person, should first have a positive approach to the work. To be positive is a necessary requirement (but it is not enough) in order to achieve success, in life and work. And we all know very well how, generally, life and work go hand in hand. People, companies and Outsourcing Cooperatives have to deal, during their career, with many easy or hard situations. Another important characteristic of a successful attitude is, therefore, the ability to capitalize on the experience gained.  

We wish to draw attention to a particular concept about skills. A competence may be of two types:

1)   Technical competence

2)   Transversal competence

The first type refers to the necessary requirements to gain access to specific positions. Transversal competences are however those which make the difference, with the aim of building personal success.

In this context, we made a list of what we believe are the most effective attitudes to success:

1. a)      Public Speaking: both an employee and a big contractor may rise many steps of the ladder of success having the right communicative approach. To speak in public is not easy. Above all, the first obstacle is to draw public attention. If a company or a person want to play an important role in the world of work, they cannot overlook this ability.

1. b)      To write in an effective way: we live in the age of email communication. Often, phone calls disturb and, if necessary, they do not have legal value. In order to introduce yourself or your business activities, writing is a great gift. In the world of work, an attitude to writing and to the ability to draw up good texts is another strong push to the top.
2. c)       Personal management: it refers to a practical management of commitments and to emotions. Any attitude will be nothing, if you have not the ability to manage your job, your emotions and your company.

1. d)   Social network: it refers to Marketing, in particular to the capacity to publicize yourself in strategizing ways. Today, Social Network represent a window on the world and you must come to this window, individually and with your business.

1. e)      Creativity: competition is way up and more creative you are and more is better. Original strategies are an effective and successful way of working.

1. f)    Critical analysis: you need to be also realistic in the profession. This means that you must to be able to identify and analyse your mistakes and to watch and learn from others’ success.  

1. g)      Research: this attitude is about any research that can bring novelty inside your company or in your profession, with important information to be taken into account in your path. To find out, to inform and to know: success is impossible without knowing it.
